Shipping and Sales Tax Policy

• Orders from sarraf.com are usually processed within 1 Business Day unless it is stated on the Description tab
• All Delivery times are Monday through Friday not including Saturday and Sunday
• Signature is Required on all Deliveries over $500, regardless of any waivers you have from UPS.
• All packages are insured, so you don’t need to be concerned with lost packages.

APO/FPO Addresses

* We will ship orders under $10,000 to APO and FPO addresses via USPS priority mail. The arrival times listed are for U.S. addresses and do not generally to APO and FPO addresses.

Shipments Are Insured

* We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Sarraf.com orders over $500.00, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx or UPS.

Alternate Shipping Addresses

* If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
